WHAT IS BOLSTER & BRIDGE?
Many doctors and oncologists now recommend gentle yoga therapy, mindfulness meditation, and other mind/body practices for additional support through treatment.
We provide programs in person, online (via Zoom), and audio programs to address some of the emotional, psychological, and physical stressors during and post treatment. We offer healing tools to help improve and enrich quality of life and soothe the mind, body, and soul.
Our inclusive programs support anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer. These mind/body courses are specifically designed to meet you where you are, no matter what kind of day you’re having. We start where you are – gently and mindfully.
We also welcome family, friends, and caregivers to take part in our programs.
