
WELCOME TO THE AUDIO COMPANION© by Bolster & Bridge
A mind/body program to help address stressors that can come along with a cancer diagnosis. These practices help to provide support, comfort and tools to soothe the mind. Think of this as yoga for your head! You can listen anytime and anywhere - EXCEPT while driving a car (can make you sleepy).
Please follow the program in order for the most comprehensive experience, starting with the Introduction, followed by Building A Foundation, and then Bolsters 1-4. The Bridges can then be listened to (and are labeled) for specific phases of treatment. But please feel free to listen to the ones you find helpful anytime. They can be used in any order (and as often as you'd like) to help with stress, sleep, worry, and general well being. They can also be used years after treatment.
These mind/body practices are some of the favorite and most requested practices we work on together in our classes.
