Yoga for Strength & Stamina

This practice is recommended for those with some yoga experience. We work to deepen our understanding of the poses and their benefits.  Exploring standing poses for strength, balance poses for stability, and sequences to begin to build stamina.  A practice effective in building mindfulness and resilience to take off the mat and into our lives.

Props

For all classes please have ready a mat, chair, a blanket, a belt (or exercise band), and a pillow. If you can’t get down on the floor – please feel free to lie down in bed, or on the sofa comfortably.
