Yoga for Vitality

This class is suitable for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended.  We’ll practice a combination of active and restorative postures to help build our overall energy levels, through the balance of effort and ease.  A rejuvenating start to the weekend.

Props

For all classes please have ready a mat, chair, a blanket, a belt (or exercise band), and a pillow. If you can’t get down on the floor – please feel free to lie down in bed, or on the sofa comfortably.

If a donation is not in your budget, you are more than welcome to attend. Please email Alison at bolsterandbridge@gmail.com and I’ll give you the information to get into class.
