Yoga & Dance for Vitality
SATURDAYS
This class is suitable for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended. In addition to a practice of active and restorative yoga postures, we’ll do some fun dance movement for cardio health. You can do the class seated or standing - do what’s comfortable for you. This practice helps build our overall energy levels, balance, and is great way to start to the weekend.
Additional information
| Props | For all classes please have ready a mat, chair, a blanket, a belt (or exercise band), and a pillow. If you can’t get down on the floor – please feel free to lie down in bed, or on the sofa comfortably. |
